Prices

All of our pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars and U.S. dollars. Orders received from non-Canadian customers will be paid for in U.S. dollars. Your credit card statement will show the charge, as being to the account of VisionTV. For United States or International customers the charge will be noted in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards, or you can mail in your order with a personal cheque or money order. Personal cheques or money orders should be made out to VisionTV.

Placing Orders

Orders can be placed on-line by completing the order and checkout process and submitting the information using the PayPal payment feature.

Tax Exemption Procedures

If you are a Canadian resident and your organization is exempt from any Canadian, Federal or Provincial goods and services or purchase taxes please follow the following procedure to claim your exemption or refund.

E-mail our customer service department quoting your order number, name, address together with your registry number or band name and family number or information identifying your certificate of exemption.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. We accept returns and will refund the purchase price within 30 days if you're not satisfied for any reason and the product is returned in as shipped, resalable condition. Returned goods must be received within 30-days of receipt.

And of course, we won't charge you for return shipping if you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise -- just send it back by registered mail and we'll exchange the item for a new one. To qualify for a refund goods must be returned unused. We will not accept returned dvds if the seal or shrink-wrap has been removed. This does not apply to defective dvds.

Returns and Exchanges

To make a return or exchange, simply contact us by telephone or email, we will provide you with a return confirmation number. Then simply return the merchandise by registered mail and include your confirmation number. As soon as the goods are received we will process a refund of the purchase price.

Refunds are processed once products are received and accepted at our warehouse. We will refund or credit the value of merchandise you return plus tax. Delivery charges are not refunded, except where the refund is due to defective or wrongly shipped materials. To qualify for a refund goods must be returned unused.
